    The website www.daloncosmetics.gr (hereinafter: “Website”) has been created by the company SERAFEIM LABORATORIES SINGLE MEMBER P.C., with the distinctive title DALON COSMETICS (hereinafter: “DALON”), which was established and operates in accordance with Greek law, has its registered office in Greece and operates in the field of development, production and marketing of cosmetic products for hair, face and body care.

    The purpose of the Website is to provide information as well as the retail sale of DALON products to its Visitors and Users.

    Please read these terms of use carefully. Any use of the Website implies unconditional acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website.

    DALON reserves the right to modify or renew these terms at any time. Modifications apply from the moment they are posted on the Website.

    2. Right to use the Website

     

    Persons with full legal capacity under Greek law have the right to use the Website. Use by minors is permitted only with the consent and responsibility of their parents or guardians.

    DALON bears no responsibility for use of the Website by persons who do not meet the above requirements.

    3. Visitors and Users

     

    • Visitor: any internet user who browses the Website without registering or placing an order.

    • User: any person who registers and/or places an order through the e-shop.

     

    4. Description of Services

     

    The Website is an online store (e-shop) for the display and distribution of DALON products, with an independent commercial policy regarding prices, payments and shipments.

    The Visitor can view products, photos, descriptions, ingredients and prices.
    The User, upon registration, can:

    • make purchases

    • manage the shopping cart

    • complete payments

    • modify account details

    • track order history and coupons

     

     

     

    5. Modification or Discontinuation of Services

     

    DALON reserves the right to modify or temporarily/permanently discontinue the Website or part of it, without notice. Orders that have been completed are executed normally.

    A. Registration Details

    During registration, details requested indicatively include:
    Full name, e-mail, address, postal code, city, country, telephone number, date of birth and billing information (if required).

    The data is used exclusively for the execution and support of orders.

     

    B. Use of Personal Data

    DALON does not transfer personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without consent.
    The User may request deletion of their data, provided that:

    • there are no pending orders or debts

    • retention of data is not required by law

     

    7. Personal Data Protection

     

    DALON processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Greek legislation.

    The User retains the right to:

    The Website uses SSL encryption and cookies for its proper functionality.

     

    8. Orders – Payments – Execution

     

    Orders are completed through the shopping cart and paid using the available payment methods.

    DALON does not store credit/debit card details.

    It bears no responsibility for any technical problems, operational interruptions or viruses of third-party systems.

    9. Withdrawal – Returns

     

    The User is entitled to withdraw within 14 days from receipt, provided that:

    • the product has not been opened or used

    • the packaging is intact

    Return costs are borne by the User, unless the error is due to DALON.
    The refund is completed within 30 days from receipt of the return.

     

    10. User Obligations

     

    The User is obliged:

    • to provide true information

    • to use the Website legally

    • not to infringe copyright/intellectual property rights

    • to keep their password confidential

    DALON reserves the right to deactivate an account in case of violation.

     

    11. Intellectual Property

     

    The entire content of the Website constitutes the intellectual property of DALON or its partners and is protected by Greek and European law.

    Any reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

     

    12. Applicable Law – Jurisdiction

     

    These terms are governed by Greek Law.
    The Courts of Athens are designated as the competent courts for any dispute.
